We want your purchase to meet your expectations.  Accordingly, most products may be returned (prepaid) for credit if they are in new, salable condition with original packaging.

Return authorization is required for equipment, appliances, drop-shipped items, or marked merchandise.  A restocking fee may apply. 

Warranty issues will be resolved according to the manufacturer’s warranty policy.  Please call us right away if you have any problem with your product.  We are here to help if you have any questions regarding the warranty on your purchase.

Custom-imprinted items are not returnable unless an error was made in production.  Please check the proof carefully for your custom imprint order.  We work diligently to produce your order to your exact specifications.

Special-order items and broken cases are not returnable.

Freight charges are not refundable except in cases where we are in error.
